Cancel Policy

You may cancel the order before the seller sends items. In case the seller has sent the item, you may contact seller Ans request for return & refund. The Buyer will not be entitled to request for cancellation, return or exchange of purchased mobile phone top-up cards, perishable items and e-tickets with special conditions

Refund Policy

In general, the amount will be refunded by the same payment that was used to make payment.

The return cost and/or indemnity may be charged to you after you return the item.

The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:

① The item has been damaged by the customer’s fault. (except for only package opened)

② The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage/consumption.
